Degustation
This creamy paste with subtle flavors and medium kick can be used as a condiment for a variety of dishes, including sauces, nachos, guacamole, meats and vegetables. It adds a spicy kick to food, along with a slightly tangy and earthy flavor.
Ingredients
Green jalapeño pepper, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, lemon juice concentrate, xanthan and guar gums.
Conservation
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within four weeks.
