Bagel with bacon and fried onion
- 4 bagel breads
- 4 bacon slices
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 lettuce
- Olive oil
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Umami
Cut the bagels in half using a sharp knife. Toast them in a toaster or for a few minutes under the grill.
Wash the lettuce. Slice the onion finely and sweat it off in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Spread the half bagels with Aroma One Umami.
Place the lettuce, onion and bacon on the bagels. Drizzle over a little olive oil, close with the other half of the bagel and enjoy.
