Bagel with salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bagel breads
  • 4 smoked salmon slices
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass

PREPARATION

Cut the bagels in half using a sharp knife. Toast them in a toaster or for a few minutes under the grill.
Spread the cheese on the cut surfaces, then place a slice of smoked salmon, cut into ribbons, on each lower half.
Add on the Aroma One Dill and Lemongrass, then put the top on the bagels. Serve with lemon wedges.
