Burger with beef and mushrooms
- 4 burger breads
- 400g of beef
- 400g of mushrooms
- 1 lettuce
- 150g of crème fraiche
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Shallot
Slice the burger buns in two with a sharp knife. Toast them in a toaster, or put them under the grill for a few minutes.
Peel and finely slice the mushrooms, then sear them in a hot oiled frying pan. Meanwhile, in another frying pan, cook the beef. In a bowl, mix the crème fraiche with the Aroma One Garlic and Shallot pastes.
Spread this mix on each half of each bun, then top the bases with the beef, mushrooms and lettuce.
