Burger with beef, mozzarella and basil
- 4 burger breads
- 600g of beef
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 1 onion
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Basil
Slice the burger buns in two with a sharp knife. Toast them in a toaster, or put them under the grill for a few minutes.
In a hot, oiled frying pan, sear the beef and the chopped onions. Top each bun half with the beef and onions, then add sliced tomatoes, diced mozzarella and lettuce.
Squeeze with Aroma One Garlic and Basil paste, then close the burgers.
