Burger with salmon and cream cheese
- 4 burger breads
- 400g of salmon fillets
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 100g of cream cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence herbs
Slice the burger buns in two with a sharp knife. Toast them in a toaster, or put them under the grill for a few minutes.
Sweat the finely sliced onion in a hot, oiled frying pan. Meanwhile, spread the cream cheese on the cut sides of the burger buns, then put the salmon fillets on each half.
Add sliced tomato, the onion and some lettuce. Add the Aroma One Dill and Provence herbs pastes, then close the burgers.
