Cod fillets with lemongrass
- 4 cod fillets
- 30g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Cook the fillets in boiling water for five minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the flour, then add around 300ml of the fish cooking water and the Aroma One Lemongrass. Add the Aroma One Dill and the salt to taste.
Cook gently until you obtain a creamy sauce. Pour the sauce over the fish fillets. You can serve the fish with rice or salad, accompanied by a slice of lemon.
