Frittatas with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 eggs
  • 125ml of water
  • 200g of cooked beans can
  • 200g of feta cheese
  • 1 sundried tomatoes jar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs

PREPARATION

Whisk the eggs, the water, the Aroma One Provence Herbs, the salt and the pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Add the cooked beans, the feta and the sundried tomatoes. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.
Using a wooden spoon, gently lift the mixture every minute or so. Cook for around ten minutes and serve hot.
