Herbed mac & cheese
- 400g of pasta
- 200g of grated Cheddar cheese
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 150g of crème fraiche
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs
Fill a large saucepan with water, add salt and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for around 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, put the cheeses, the crème fraiche and add Aroma One Garlic and Provence Herbs. Once drained, pour macaroni directly into the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
