Pancakes with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 125ml of cream
  • 125ml of milk
  • 200g of vegetables
  • 200g of grated cheese
  • Salt
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Cilantro

PREPARATION

Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and cream. Incorporate the egg mixture into the flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
Add the vegetables, the Aroma One Cilantro and the grated cheese, and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and drop circles of the batter onto it. Cook for around three minutes on each side and serve hot.
