Pasta bake with eggplant and tuna

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of pasta
  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 tuna can
  • 30cl of tomato sauce
  • 200g of grated cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Shallot
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs

PREPARATION

Boil the pasta in a large saucepan full of salted water for around 7-8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta. Peel and dice the eggplant. Cook them with oil in a frying pan for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the Aroma One pastes and add the tomato sauce and drained tuna. Once the eggplant is cooked, incorporate them into the mix. Add the pasta, then put the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Squeeze with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
