Pasta with clams

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of pasta
  • 1kg of clams
  • 100g of parmesan
  • 20cl of white wine
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill

PREPARATION

Fill a large saucepan with water, add salt and bring to the boil. Meanwhile, heat the white wine in a second saucepan and add the clams. Take them off the heat as soon as they open, then remove the meat from the shells.
Once the water in the first saucepan comes to the boil, add the pasta and cook for around 10 minutes. Once drained, pour them into a bowl, along with the clams and the Aroma One Dill paste. Add the hot white wine and the Parmesan and serve immediately.
