Pizza With bacon and goat cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g of flour
  • 125ml of water
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 onion
  • 200g of goat cheese
  • 200g of bacon pieces
  • Salt
  • 1 generous squeeze of Aroma One Umami

PREPARATION

Pre-heat the oven to 200°-220°C. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix with enough water to form a light dough. Transfer to a covered bowl and leave to prove for an hour.
Roll out the dough and spread it with Aroma One Umami using a spoon or a brush. Top with chopped onion and pieces of goat cheese. Squeeze with bacon pieces and bake for 20 minutes.
