Pizza With prawns
INGREDIENTS
- 250g of flour
- 125ml of water
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 12 raw prawns
- 200g of parmesan
- Salt
- 1 generous squeeze of Aroma One Ginger
PREPARATION
Pre-heat the oven to 200°-220°C. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix with enough water to form a light dough. Transfer to a covered bowl and leave to prove for an hour.
Meanwhile, sear the raw prawns in a hot, oiled frying pan until they turn pink, then shell them. Next, roll out the dough and spread it with Aroma One Ginger using a spoon or a brush. Top with the prawns and grated Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes.
