Pizza With salami and cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 250g of flour
- 125ml of water
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 4 salami slices
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 mozzarellas
- 6 black olives
- Salt
- 1 generous squeeze of Aroma One Oregano
PREPARATION
Pre-heat the oven to 200°-220°C. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix with enough water to form a light dough. Transfer to a covered bowl and leave to prove for an hour.
Roll out the dough and spread it with Aroma One Oregano using a spoon or a brush. Top with cherry tomatoes, olives, slices of salami and pieces of mozzarella, and bake for 20 minutes.
