Pollock with green salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pollock fillets
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs

PREPARATION

Cook the fillets in boiling water for five minutes. Pour the Aroma One Provence Herbs and the salt over the fish fillets.
You can serve the fish with rice or salad, accompanied by a slice of lemon.
