Prawns grilled with garlic
- 30 raw prawns
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Shallot
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs
Light the barbecue. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Aroma One Garlic, Shallot and Provence Herbs pastes and the salt and pepper.
Add the prawns, ensuring they are all fully coated. Lightly oil the bars of the barbecue. Cook the prawns as close to the flames as possible for two or three minutes on each side, until they turn pink.
