Prawns salad with avocado and pistachio
- 400g of prawns
- 1 lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 sachet of pistachios
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Cilantro
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Wash and dry the lettuce, and put it into a bowl. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Shell the prawns and slice the tomatoes.
Mix together the grapefruit, the prawns, the pistachios, the tomatoes and the Aroma One Lemongrass in the bowl. Leave to sit for two hours in the fridge. Dice the avocado and add it to the salad. Add a touch of Aroma One Cilantro and Dill and serve.
