Ratatouille with Provence Herbs

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
  • 1 squeeze of Aroma One Provence Herbs

PREPARATION

Finely slice the white onion and stir-fry it in a wok with a little olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the wok, keeping the heat low.
Meanwhile, slice the eggplants and the zucchinis. Put all of the ingredients into the wok, add the Aroma One Provence Herbs and Garlic and cover the wok. Stir frequently and cook for around 20 minutes
