Salmon skewers marinated
- 400g of salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Dill
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Light the barbecue. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Aroma One Dill and Lemongrass pastes and the salt and pepper. Cut the salmon into cubes and thread them onto wooden skewers.
Coat the skewers with the mixture (pastes, oil, salt and pepper). Cook for around ten minutes on the barbecue, turning the skewers regularly.
