Turkey breast with mushrooms
- 400g of turkey breast
- 200g of mushrooms
- 300g of crème fraiche
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Basil
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Cut the meat into thin slices and coat the pieces in a mixture of crème fraiche and the Aroma One pastes (lemongrass and basil). Sear the meat for three minutes until just cooked. Finely slice the mushrooms, and cook for three minutes in the frying pan. Lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Return the meat to the sauce and mix for three minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
