Turkey skewers and garlic marinade
- 400g of turkey breast
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Garlic
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Light the barbecue. Cut the turkey breast into cubes and thread them onto the skewers. In a bowl, combine the Aroma One Garlic and Ginger pastes with salt and pepper. Put the turkey skewers into the bowl and coat them thoroughly in the mixture.
Cover the dish with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour. Cook for at least 10 minutes on the barbecue, turning them regularly. Try serving the skewers with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
