Vegetables with Chili pepper
- 2 eggplants
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchinis
- 300g of mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Cilantro
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Chili Pepper
- 1 squeeze of Aroma One Lemongrass
Peel all of the vegetables and cut them into even-sized dice. Put them in a wok with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for around twenty minutes.
Once cooked, add the Aroma One Cilantro, Chili and Lemongrass, and mix well. Serve immediately.
