- 250g of flour
- 125ml of water
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 200g of tomato sauce
- 300g of grated cheese
- 1 generous squeeze of Aroma One Basil
Pre-heat the oven to 200°-220°C. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix with enough water to form a light dough. Transfer to a covered bowl and leave to prove for an hour.
Next, roll out the dough and spread with tomato sauce using a spoon or a brush. Squeeze with grated cheese and Aroma One Basil. Cook for 20 minutes.
